Its Instagram (@tikilianobar, about 8,350 followers) lists the weekly programme as Thursday reggae and dancehall, Friday Latin and reggaeton, and Saturday electronic. A local guide says it opens until 2:30am from Wednesday to Saturday.
- Nights: Thursday to Saturday are the dancing nights. Friday starts with a free salsa, bachata and merengue class at 9pm, then music until late, per a September 2026 post. Saturday is the Dopo Cena electronic set, usually from around 10pm.

A guest review says the live music usually ends between 11pm and midnight. When it winds down, the crowd walks to Tikiliano.

Goma is a speakeasy behind Kooks restaurant, with an unmarked door between two storefronts. Local guides describe a room for about thirty, a mezcal-forward menu and conversation-volume music, closing around 1am when it empties. It is not in the Onda directory yet and its hours are unpublished, so ask the Kooks bar for the entrance.
Who it suits: anyone who wants a quiet cocktail before or instead of the dance floor.
5. Kooks
Kooks Smokehouse and Bar is a sports bar and barbecue restaurant. Its own website lists 10am to 10pm, so it is a dinner and early evening stop rather than a late room. Cocktails run $10 to $13, and bands, open mic or DJs play on the upper deck on some nights. It rates highly for food and drinks but reviewers say prices run high. Earlier in the evening
If the late rooms are not the plan, Santa Teresa has a set of early DJ nights that finish by dinner or soon after. Rocamar runs a Sunday sunset DJ party, closed Monday, with a $15 minimum spend for a lounger. Uma has a DJ at dinner on Fridays. Wonderland (@333wonderland333) puts on jungle parties in rotating hill venues, announced on Instagram, roughly monthly in high season; the jungle parties guide covers how those work. Goma and Somos suit the opposite mood: Goma is a small room for about 30 that closes around 1am, and Somos is a garden, so both end well before the dance floors at Tikiliano do. Plan the sequence the way locals do, with dinner first, Somos or Banana Beach second and Tikiliano last.
