Tikiliano is an open air tiki lounge and cocktail bar inside the Wave Boutique Mall, opposite Hotel Playa Cielo on the main road. You do not need a dance floor on Friday, and the town has a few good ways to do less.
Drift is a restaurant, bar, deli market and gallery in central Santa Teresa. Its own website gives 4pm to 10pm daily, later on nights with live music or special events. Cold pressed cocktails run $12 to $15, and a liter for a group is $50. Go at 7pm, eat, and have two drinks. It is not the electronic club some older pages claim.
